Ram Jonnavithula
Ram Jonnavithula is the founding member of Sykatiya Technologies and is responsible for guiding the vision and driving company's growth strategy. When it comes to services, Ram Strongly believes in quality based service delivery than in number games.
Ram has 22 years of experience in semiconductor industry. Prior to Sykatiya, Ram served in various roles at Texas Instruments (India), building high energy, high impact teams, delivering timely business solutions. Ram started TI (India) SoC ATE activities and developed sustainable and productive test engineering model, significantly reducing time to market, test cost and travel costs, . Ram also served at Broadcom Corporation, S3 Inc and Cirrus Logic inc. Ram has been a Part-Time faculty at Wayne State University.
Ram has recieved M.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University and GMITE from IIM Bangalore, India

Viji Jonnavithula
Viji Jonnavithula is the co-founder of Sykatiya Technologies and is responsible for HR, Finance and Operations. Viji has 14+ years of experience in Software Testing. Prior to Sykatiya, Viji served in various roles at Cisco Systems, 3COM Corporation and AOTF Technologies.
Viji has received M.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University and Certificate in Telecommunications Engineering from University of California Berkeley.

Srinivas Chinamilli
Srinivas has more than 20 years of experience in semiconductor Test and Product engineering. He has held management and technical positions at Cirrus Logic and was the Director of Worldwide Test engineering at Centillium Communications prior to joining Tessolve. He has extensive experience in the area of Mixed Signal and System on Chip test development, high volume production test, and offshore test subcontractor management.
He has received his B.E. (Electrical and Electronics) from Birla Institute of Technology and M.S. in Electrical engineering from the University of Southern California.

Ajay Bhat
Director - Engineering, Tessolve SemiconductorsPrincipal Technology Consultant
Ajay has over 2 decades of Semiconductor Industry Experience. He has global experience and exposure to all aspects of Chip Design. Prior to Sykatiya Technologies, Ajay was a Design Verification Manager at Texas Instruments, India and led the Verification of OMAP-DM Coprocessors and the development of several Sub-systems and IP’s.
Ajay also served at Altera Corporation, USA. Ajay was a key contributor to the implementation flow of HardCopy Structured ASIC products. He has successfully implemented several complex customer designs into HardCopy. As an expatriate, he setup brand new HardCopy Design Center in Penang, Malaysia and groomed the local engineering team.
Ajay also held managerial and engineering positions with QualCore Logic Pvt. Ltd. at Hyderabad and USA design centers. He successfully built team of engineers for developing IP's and implementing customer projects from specification to silicon.
Ajay holds Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering from Karnataka University, India.
Maheswar Nila

Maheshwar has over 13 years of experience Design for Test, System Design and Verification. He has worked extensively in the service sector. He is a seasoned campaigner and a sound technical engineer who helped in solving several clients critical issues over the years.
Prior to Sykatiya, Maheshwar Nila served at LSI India, Mindtree and Purple Vision.
Krishna Prasad Gottipati
Director - Engineering, Tessolve SemiconductorsPrincipal Technology Consultant
Krishna Prasad has over 15 years of versatile experience in ASIC/FPGA Design, Verification, DFT and Methodology. He brings in a treasure of exposure and expertise from his previous association with LSI, Texas Instruments (India), & ControlNet. He has proven experience in DFT, RTL Design, and Verification with a good know-how into the Physical Design domain. He has successfully executed complex chips from specification to production with stringent timelines.
Krishna Prasad has a Masters in Electronics from University of Hyderabad.
